The terms that govern bookings on Booky, for patients and practitioners.
Last updated: 29 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Booky. By creating an account or making a booking you accept them.
Booky is a platform where practitioners publish their consultations and availability, and patients book them. We are a booking platform, not a provider of the service itself. The practitioner you book with is solely responsible for the consultation they deliver, for their professional qualifications and registrations, and for the advice or treatment they give.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Give us accurate details — a practitioner may need them to see you.
Each consultation displays the cancellation policy that applies to it, and that policy governs. Where a policy allows a refund, we return it by the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are processed.
If you publish on Booky you confirm that you hold every qualification, registration, licence and insurance your work requires, that the information on your listings is accurate, and that you will honour confirmed bookings. We may remove a listing or suspend an account that breaches these terms.
Reviews may only be left by patients who completed a booking. We remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory or knowingly false — we do not remove reviews merely for being negative.
Do not misuse the platform: no scraping, no attempts to break security, no impersonation, no unlawful or harmful content.
Booky is not for emergencies. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.
To the extent the law allows, Booky is not liable for the acts or omissions of a practitioner, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in advance, and continued use means acceptance.
